Fermentation Workshops (Have Your Cake and Eat It Nutrition)

Lucy Davies a naturopathic nutritionist & at the moment specialising in fermentation workshops, showing people how to make e.g. sauerkraut, root beers, sourdough, kombucha, miso, kefir etc etc. This is a 60 minute workshops for up to 15 people – hands on making, talking through, food & drink samples, then taking away a ready-made jar/bottle with a recipe & info handout.
