Helping shape the bones of the festival. This is hands‑on, physical work: raising structures, setting up spaces, moving materials, and helping the site come alive. What you’ll be doing

• Helping raise tents, shelters and essential structures
• Moving materials and equipment around the site
• Supporting the Area Manager / Producer with practical tasks
• Keeping build areas tidy and safe
• Working closely with other teams as the festival takes shape
