'It's not a Fucking label' is an interactive workshop delving into the subject that is Neurodiversity in a light hearted, informative and inclusive space.
Presented by Sian Powell of Hapus Training and Sam.
With years of experience, forgetting where they put their keys , wondering how people are ever actually on time and burning the dinner they open the floor to share their lived experience, ways of managing the chaos and breaking down the stigma!
Sian is Sam's ADHD Coach and told Sam to do a talk a few years ago....He did...Now we are here.
The workshop starts with Sian and Sam sharing their own stories and how they overlap. Break out groups to discuss aspects of ADHD etc. Then come back to a big group to share points and learnings from break out groups. Goal to welcome and entertain festival goers in the hopes that they learn something about ADHD and maybe even themselves!
