APPLICATIONS TO
get involved
Unearthed thrives because of the people who help shape it. Whether you’re a musician, a maker, a storyteller, a healer, or a trader, we’d love to hear from you. Please choose the application form that best describes what you’d like to share with the festival. If in doubt, read carefully and just pick the closest match — every application is read with care.
Artists, Bands & DJs
Musicians, singers, bands, producers and DJs who hold space through sound. From live stages to late-night gatherings, we welcome music that moves bodies and hearts.
Walkabout Performances & Circus
Roaming characters, circus arts, playful encounters and moments of surprise. Performance that moves through the festival, weaving joy, curiosity and energy into the flow.
Cabaret, Comedy & Other Performances
Daytime or late-night, playful, surprising, family-friendly or gloriously odd. We welcome cabaret, storytelling, sketch, stand-up, physical theatre and the delightfully unexpected.
Run A Session:
Group offerings that invite reflection, grounding, learning, and shared experience — Movement, dialogue, meditation, journeys, and inspiring talks.
Or, do you have something to inspire, uplift and entertain young people? Arts and crafts, clowning, and outdoor games are ALL welcome :)
Healing & Therapy Tents
For practitioners offering treatments such as massage, reflexology, acupuncture, energy work, bodywork or other one-to-one healing practices. This is for those bringing their own small tent or space to hold individual sessions throughout the festival.
Food Traders
Stalls serving nourishing, flavourful, thoughtfully sourced food. A celebration of care, culture and sustenance, feeding the festival in every sense.
Non-Food Traders / Craft & Goods Stalls
Makers, craftspeople and traders offering meaningful objects, clothing, instruments, art or tools — items that carry story, skill and heart.
Art Installations
Sculptural, visual, immersive or interactive works that shape the festival landscape and atmosphere. Pieces that help the land speak, or invite people to pause, wonder, and connect.
